Common questions about the Quarry Connect Driver App and the Vendor Portal.

What is Quarry Connect for Drivers?

The free Quarry Connect Driver App, for Drivers hauling aggregate. You track your loads, submit tickets to the Brokers you haul for, and message dispatch, all from your phone. Brokers using the Quarry Connect Software also give you a Vendor Portal in the browser.

Does it cost anything?

No. The Driver App is free for Drivers, and so is signing in to a Broker’s Vendor Portal.

How do I sign up?

Use the Sign Up page to create your account with your email address. Then download the app and sign in with the same email.

How do I start working for a Broker?

Give the Broker the email address you signed up with. They send you an invitation, and you accept it in the app or from the link in the email.

If I drive for more than one Broker, how does that work?

The Driver App stores your data per Broker, so your single login lets you work for any number of Brokers using Quarry Connect. Data is kept separate: you can see all your tickets, but each Broker can only see their own Jobs and the tickets you submit to them.

How do I submit a ticket?

In the app, take a photo of the ticket. The app reads the ticket number, date and tons for you to check, then sends it to your Broker. You can also upload tickets in bulk from the Driver portal on a computer.

What if I have no cell signal?

The app keeps working offline. Your loads and tickets are saved on the phone and sent automatically when you are back in range.

Does the app track my location?

Yes. Your location is attached to each ticket and haul so your Broker can see where loads were picked up and delivered.

Is the app available in Spanish?

Yes. The app works in English and Spanish. Choose your language with the flag on the sign-in screen or in settings.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone and Android.

Can I see my past bills?

Yes. Sign in to each Broker’s Vendor Portal with your Driver account to see the tickets and payments for that Broker.

How do I delete my account?
